This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for plans and bundles purchased from Driveline Logistics LLC (“Driveline”, “we”, “us”) at drivelinelogistics.space. Because our products are digital research services, there are no physical items to return.
1. Digital Services
All Intelligence Plans (Steel, Silver, Gold, Titanium) and Combo Bundles (Combo 1–4) are delivered electronically as reports, briefings, alerts and analyst calls. Nothing is shipped.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel any plan at any time by emailing [email protected] before your next billing date. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for, and it will not be renewed.
3. Refund Eligibility
- 7-day guarantee: If you request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase and no deliverable has been sent yet, you will receive a full refund.
- After delivery: Once a report, briefing or analyst call has been delivered, the current billing cycle is non-refundable, because the research work has already been performed.
- Quarterly, Bi-Annual and Annual plans: If you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund the unused months, less the standard monthly price of any month in which deliverables were provided.
- Service issues: If a deliverable is missing, late by more than 10 business days, or materially different from your plan description, contact us and we will either redeliver it or issue a partial or full refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Renewal charges where cancellation was not requested before the billing date (we will still review requests made within 48 hours of renewal).
- Custom research questions that have already been completed.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order number, the email used at checkout and the reason for your request. We reply within 2 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
